The Delta Arts Festival consists of two simultaneous festivals: The Delta Visual Arts Show and the Delta Festival of Books, both held the first full weekend in June each year in downtown Newport, Arkansas.

The Delta Arts Festival has the goals of brining quality art, literature, music, and film to the Delta, celebrating the art, literature, music, and film that is created in the Delta, and to inspire new generations of musicians, authors, filmmakers, and artists.
